Very similar career paths. Very good fighters who seemingly couldn't get over the hump. Bisping stuck around long enough where things finally broke his way and he took advantage of a huge interruption at the stop of his career here.

Since Bader's deal is upwardly, does anyone see that mayhap happening for him? I think the UFC will resign him because LWW is pretty shallow but the top 3, especially if/when Jones comes back, all beat him pretty handily.

I guess there is no existent way to answer this other than stance only does anyone see it happening? He seems like a good dude so I wouldn't mind information technology at some point. And the division is shallow enough that the right combinations of injuries and good luck could go him at that place.

If he is fighting DC maybe...but I don't see him beating Jones, Gus or Rumble

Peradventure I should take made the question 'Do you lot want to meet Bader pull a Bisping?' Probably would have been a better question. I'd like to run into him practise it even though I was never a large fan of his.

I like guys that continually piece of work difficult and stick around at a high level even after big losses.

I can maaaaaybe run across him grinding down Gus likewise but it would be a big upset. I don't see him beating Jones or Rumble. But thats really it right now. With the correct combo of injuries/suspensions, maybe information technology happens. One big upset is all it would take and he'due south got enough skills to do information technology...

If DC wins and is not intent on waiting for Jon Jones, I think Bader should be upward side by side. Mayhap a Bader-Manuwa eliminator.

And if it is DC, I would love to see Bader pull it out.

I don't think Bellator will pay plenty to sign Bader. He has not had a disclosed pay in ages, but I am guessing he is around 80+fourscore, which is more than than 90% of Bellator'south roster. I predict the UFC gives him a 10-20k bump and he remains a UFC fighter.

Equally far every bit him getting the golden goes, he has the tools. I think DC beats him 3 of out 4 fights, but there is always that fourth fight. He looked fantastic last night.

Bisping is a paper champ... Simply wants to fight lightweights and senior citizens... Dudes a full joke.

He'due south fighting Romero in the spring. He would've fought Weidman if he had won besides.

Peradventure I should have made the question 'Practise you desire to encounter Bader pull a Bisping?' Probably would take been a better question. I'd similar to run across him exercise it fifty-fifty though I was never a big fan of his.

I like guys that continually work hard and stick around at a loftier level fifty-fifty after big losses.

I similar information technology when a fighter puts in the time and stay most the summit as well. I just don't see Bader getting it done.

The existent question is, how long is Jones really gone for?

Just his suspension? No way for Bader.

Life still in disarray? Division is wide open up and boring at that.

Bisping is and ever has been a more rounded fighter. While Bader is way better today, and then he was a couple years agone.. I don't encounter him getting passed that hump to beat out top five. Could he pull a Bisping and get a KO win in a short discover title fight? Certain he could. Bisping, got ane punch. Rockhold beats him eight/ten times like shooting fish in a barrel. Mike couldn't even finish a 46 year old Hendo, and virtually lost the fight.
